Why CANNABIS cannot have the same best practice applied to it as ALCOHOL (a hypnotic sedative) beggers me. The underlined keywords 'for addressing and understanding alcohol' seem not to apply to the cannabis policy formulation. Yet the 'drug use' particularly amongst youth remains a 'spectrum' issue.
Doh! When something is made illegal do we all turn stupid?
